Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to AlphaMailPro (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AlphaMailPro web application and services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use AlphaMailPro.


2. Description of Service

AlphaMailPro is a web-based tool that helps users streamline newsletter scheduling by integrating with third-party platforms such as Kit (formerly ConvertKit) and WordPress. Users can log in, connect their Kit and WordPress accounts, pull in blog post data, apply pre-existing Kit templates and tags, and schedule newsletters more efficiently.

Please note: AlphaMailPro does not send emails or store email subscriber data. Email sending, delivery, and subscriber analytics are handled entirely by Kit.


3. User Accounts

To use AlphaMailPro, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.


4. Integrations and Data

AlphaMailPro connects to external services like Kit and WordPress via API keys provided by the user. These integrations allow AlphaMailPro to:

  • Retrieve blog post titles and links from WordPress
  • Retrieve templates and tags from Kit
  • Sync newsletter content, scheduling details, and tags back to Kit

AlphaMailPro does not access, collect, or store subscriber email addresses or personal user data from these third-party platforms.


5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose. You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute AlphaMailPro or any part of its functionality
  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the app's infrastructure or code

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.


6. Payments and Future Billing

Currently, AlphaMailPro is offered with a free trial. We may introduce paid plans in the future. Users will be notified in advance of any pricing changes or new billing terms. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes agreement to the new terms.


7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software associated with AlphaMailPro is the property of the AlphaMailPro team. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our materials without permission.


8. Disclaimer of Warranties

AlphaMailPro is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all third-party platforms at all times.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlphaMailPro and its owners, developers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, revenue, productivity, or business opportunities.

While we strive to offer tools that improve your workflow and productivity, we make no guarantees regarding the results of using AlphaMailPro. Metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and delivery are determined by external services like ConvertKit, your email content, and your subscribers — not AlphaMailPro.

AlphaMailPro is not responsible for:

  • Delivery failures or technical issues related to third-party platforms (e.g., Kit, WordPress)
  • User misuse of the tool
  • Delays, outages, or limitations in data provided by external APIs


Your use of AlphaMailPro is at your own risk. By using our Service, you agree to hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses related to your use of this tool.


10. Third-Party Services

AlphaMailPro relies on third-party platforms like Kit and WordPress. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of those services complies with their respective terms and privacy policies.

We do not control or assume liability for any issues related to third-party platforms.


11. Data Processing and GDPR

AlphaMailPro acts as a data processor in relation to the content you connect via your authorized ConvertKit and WordPress integrations. However, we do not store or manage subscriber data. All such data remains under your control via your chosen third-party platforms.

We are committed to upholding the principles of data minimization and privacy by design. By using AlphaMailPro, you acknowledge that:

  • You remain the data controller of any subscriber information managed through ConvertKit or WordPress.
  • AlphaMailPro only facilitates access to blog post links, titles, and template/tag configuration for scheduling emails.

If you are subject to GDPR or similar regulations, we recommend reviewing your compliance obligations directly with your legal counsel or with ConvertKit and WordPress.


12. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. We’ll notify users by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of AlphaMailPro after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
